BIG BEDNAR BEASTS ON DISPLAY AT KIRWEE!
We were fortunate to borrow two large Bednar rigs back from May Bros. Contracting Ltd, Methven; the 12.2mtr Swifter seedbed preparator, and the 10mtr Swifterdisc speed discs.

Also on display was the new HMB monocoque silage trailer from our European supplier Herculano. This trailer has impressed operators this season with it’s stability and smooth towing properties. Feedback from drivers is they love the huge leaf spring drawbar suspension, making it an operators dream and smooth to tow at high road speeds fully laden.
The 2650mm wide wheel base, and bogey axle suspensions also gives a high degree of stability at speed and on sloping fields. With this model available in both 30m3 and 35m3 volumes, contractors are being advised to secure units for Spring 2021 now while stocks remain. With the added delays in production and shipping worldwide, supply for the coming season is challenging, so get in quick!
